Wedding Photographer at Hogarths Hotel in Solihull.

Hogarths Hotel in Solihull has got to be one of the most romantic settings in The Midlands. It has a very subtle kind of shabby-chicness.

It's the ideal backdrop for a chilled-out laidback wedding.

It's also the perfect boutique hotel if you want to stay close to Birmingham but you also want to have that sense of a private countryside get away.

Set amongst acres of stunning forested glade and surround by natural streams, Hogarths is one of only a few wedding venues in the midlands where you can actually have your wedding ceremony outside under the porch of their stunning summer house!

The surrounding evergreen woodland and gardens help to give it that feeling of an enchanted wonderland. The photo possibilities here are endless!

Hogarths easily makes it into my top ten wedding venues in The Midlands. It's definitely worth considering for any civil ceremony or wedding reception.

It was great to back there for Faye and James wedding. I knew when I first met them that I would be their photographer. I instantly clicked with them.

Such an amazing funny couple. They had me laughing right from the start. I Couldn't wait to photograph their day.

I started at the family home in Birmingham with Faye, her kids and her 3 bridesmaids where the wedding day hair and makeup preps were in full swing! It was then a mad dash down the M42 to Hogarths.

A route I very rarely do incase there's a problem and you end up stuck in traffic, however, on this occasion I didn't have enough time to go on the A roads.

I also knew the chauffer was taking the same route 20 minutes behind me, so if I was late, Faye would be too!

Luckily neither of us were and the day then really kicked into another gear.

So many amazing moments, it was so much fun, it couldn't have been more perfect!
