SUMMER LIGHT AT ST ANDREWS TOWN HOTEL

One of the best things about a wedding in June is the incredible natural light. The longer days provide far more photo opportunities, with the light staying around well into the evening. This gives us the perfect chance to capture extra portraits in the grounds after the wedding breakfast.

It was a short trip over to Droitwich for Megan and Ben’s big day at the St Andrews Town Hotel. This sophisticated Georgian manor house, built in the 19th century, remains a fantastic location for photography.

YOUR WEDDING, YOUR RULES

Megan and Ben opted for a non-traditional approach, choosing to skip the bridal prep and the first dance. Many couples now feel that standing and shuffling for three minutes while guests watch isn't for them.

There are no rules that say you must follow social convention. It is your wedding—do what you want. Megan and Ben did exactly that, and it was a real pleasure to capture their day exactly as they envisioned it.
