Dominic and Isabella booked me online with only two days to go before their big day! They had planned on having a photographer friend shoot their wedding but were let down at the last minute.

Fortunately for them though I wasn't already booked on the only Saturday in August I still had available. It's not unusual for me to book weddings like this at short notice.

They flew in from Sweden where they both live and where Isabella is from. The day was gorgeous. Warm and sunny, the perfect weather for a wedding!

Their ceremony took place at St Mary’s Church in the sleepy little village of Kings Pyon.

A beautiful parish I'd never been to before, deep in the heart of rural Herefordshire where Dominic grew up.

Even though I'd only known them for a few hours, their wedding day was a real pleasure to capture, full of fun relaxed moments!

Their reception was held at Stanbrook Abbey in Callow End. A comprehensively refurbished Monastery built in the mid-1800s. Shadowed by the Malvern Hills, it was once home to a kinship of Benedictine Nuns.

It's one of the most unique wedding venues in Worcestershire.

Stanbrook Abbey is spectacular! There really isn't another way to describe it. The majestic cloisters that unite sections of the building are spacious, harmonised and bathed in gorgeous natural light from all angles, the idyllic background for wedding photos.

The space this place has is outstanding! It has more photographic opportunities than any other venue I've been too.

This was also my first wedding at Stanbrook Abbey. Unfortunately though, I didn't have enough time to explore all of what Stanbrook has to offer as I was only with Dominic and Isabella up until their wedding breakfast.

The Abbey has now become one of my all time favourite wedding venues in Worcester!
